We are sold out of beef at this time. Please contact us now for January 2025 orders of 1/4 or 1/2. Pricing is $5/lb hanging weight. USDA inspected and vacuum sealed by Burly brothers country butchery. Includes delivery.

We are a family farm with a goal of raising quality beef, produce and flowers in Pavilion, NY. Therefore, our produce and flowers are available only when in season. Thank you for visiting our website and supporting our business. With your support, we are able to continue our passion for farming.

Beef is processed by Burly Brothers Country Butchery in Attica, NY. All beef is USDA inspected and vacuum sealed. They perform an excellent job, and we are proud to work with them.
